On Saturday, February 27, 2010, the Toronto Star published an article on bidding wars in Toronto.   I agree with this article in its entirety.  Bidding wars are a hot topic of discussion, yet it is unnerving to be a part of it.  Kudos to the seller and the seller's agent, who remained firm in their conviction to sell fairly.
